We would like to recruit an Assistant Manager – International Marketing for Europe. The position is based at our Head office in New Delhi.

Job Description

The candidate should be a graduate with excellent communication skills in the English and at least one more European Language, French or German for effective coordination of International Conferences.
The Assistant Manager - International Marketing will be required to market our services to the Scientific, Technical and Medical Institutes, Professional Association and Societies, in Europe for organizing their conferences in India.
To prepare multimedia presentation on conference facilities – Convention Centers, Convention Hotels, conference services in India for the European clients through multimedia presentation, to multilingual clients.
To represent the company at various International Trade Fairs in the Convention Industry.

To maintain close coordination with International Congress and Convention Association, ICCA, Netherlands,

Duty Station

This position of Assistant Manager is based at our Head office in New Delhi and the job requires extensive travel to various metropolitan convention destinations in India as well Source Markets in Europe, United Kingdom, Germany, France, The Netherlands, Italy and Scandinavia.

Qualification of the candidates

The candidates should be a University graduate from one of the European Universities.
Candidate should have Excellent Communication skills in English and at least one other of the following languages French or German for effective communication with European doctors and Corporate Managers, from the Pharmaceutical Companies.
Deep understanding of the medical, technical and scientific associations in the European Countries.
Organizing skills for effective participation and representation of ICES Pvt. Ltd. in various Trade Shows, Conferences and exhibitions in Europe for promotion of India as an ‘Incredible’ Destination for organizing Conferences, Exhibitions and Events.

Salary and Accommodation

The Company will provide salary as per industry standards, in India.
Free furnished air – conditioned accommodation will be provided by the company, in New Delhi.
Local Transport facility, company car will be provided in New Delhi.
Besides weekly off day, 20 days leave will be provided which can be availed as per mutual convenience.
